In the offices of the building are the people/entrepreneures I

have helped to become the leaders they are in the buisness, this

country was developed with the entreprenurial spirit of growth

Many people believe that the structure of American society belies the idealistic goal of the American Dream, pointing to examples of inequality rooted in class, race, and ethnic origin which suggest that the American Dream is not attainable for all.

For people who believe in the American dream, anything is attainable through hard work. The concept plays on the idea that American is a classless society, although it is obviously not, as any honest examination of the United States will reveal. The idealistic vision of the AmericanDream also assumes that people are not discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, gender, and national origin, another thing which is unfortunately not true in the United States.

 I often wonder why we work where we do, is it because it's what we love to do or are we happier knowing that we're making someone else life easier to live and more fulfilling ? I personally don't agree capitulating to the beat of another drum, but for now it may have to be so until I develop my team of achievers.

Fear Not The Unknown

 I ponder as to why people fear the unknown or that they are just playing with the hand they were dealt . That's a pretty sad ordeal to think that God would give anyone he loves a bad deal, or for anyone to even think that their lives are being placed as a bet, and I know that for a fact to fear anything is really uncertainty. If you think about it,that old saying "It's not what you know but who you know", still holds true and the fear of the unknown  is really not knowing how to get there. Jesus said follow me for I am the light and the way, I will show you. I am not "Jesus", I am "John Rivera", and I do know the way to heaven, but I also know the way to financial independence , remember? fear is not knowing, but knowing who does. I Need Money

We are not in the same league as Leonardo da Vinci, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Thomas Edison, Thomas Jefferson, Bill Gates or the other great achievers we have heard about. A diligent researcher could list 20,000 humans whose achievements have been dramatic and remarkable. But 20,000 is a small number when compared to the 10 billion humans who have lived to adulthood in the saga of humankind. This line of thinking suggest that the most notable movers and shakers among us number only 2 people out of each million. How significant are the rest of us? Well, let's take a look. Each of the 20,000 anointed ones had parents, grandparents, great grandparents and so forth. Without parents there never would have been a Marie Curie or Howard Hughes or John Paul Getty. Nor do great people operate in a vacuum. How large was the supporting cast that made it possible—one idea piled on another...plus all the teachers, suppliers and other necessary community members—for Guglielmo Marconi to be credited with inventing radio or Orville and Wilbur Wright to be credited with inventing the airplane? Written history doesn't extend back to the time when the wheel or agriculture or animal husbandry were invented or when metals were first refined and shaped into cutting implements. The path that led humanity to where we are today is interwoven with more complexity than anyone can possibly imagine. Who would have worked on developing computers or software if there were not a market for these devices. Yes, the public plays a role. We are consumers. We are the fabric of society. We matter. The telescope would have been invented with or without Galileo. Dynamite would have been developed with or without Alfred Nobel. Alfred Einstein made a giant intellectual leap in 1905 when he published his first paper on special relativity. But this concept would have been figured out by someone else if Einstein had not beaten the others to the punch. As Paulo Coehlo says, we all play a role. Whether a man dies on a battlefield or lives in poverty in Africa or teaches chemistry at a university in America, in each case he is a part of the whole. No one man or woman is 100% essential. The Apollo 13 movie could have been made with or without Tom Hanks. We are not all stars, but at least we are stagehands or extras in the drama of life. In some way—even if it's obscure and unnoticed, we all matter. Moreover, we sometimes find ourselves in a position where change is possible. An interesting hand is dealt to us. When those circumstances come along, we can change our position, our role and our prosperity. Motivation is a tool we use to influence the way we play the cards that are dealt to us.

Former Notre Dame football coach Lou Holtz tells the story of the fellow who was driving on a slippery country road when he slid into a ditch. He walked to a farm house a short distance away and approached the old farmer who received him warmly. When the motorist described his problem, the farmer stated that he did not know if he could help him or not, but he would do what he could. He explained that his old mule, Dusty, was blind and somewhat hard of hearing. The farmer hitched up the old mule and hooked him to the frame of the car. Next, he got behind old Dusty and in a loud voice said, “Pull, Charlie, pull!” No response. Once again, in a loud voice he said, “Pull, Billy, pull!” Nothing. Then, in a still louder voice, “Pull, Sally, pull!” Not a move. Finally he said, “Pull, Dusty, pull!” and Dusty proceeded to pull the car out of the ditch.

The grateful motorist, somewhat puzzled, asked the farmer, “You had only one mule and yet you called on ‘Charlie,’ ‘Billy,’ and ‘Sally,’ with no response. But the minute you called on Dusty he pulled the car out of the ditch. Why did you do it that way?” The old farmer smiled and said, “Well, Dusty’s getting a little old and doesn’t believe he’s as strong as he used to be. As a matter of fact, he’s gotten downright negative and if he’d thought he had to do it by himself, he probably couldn’t have. But, when he thought he had three other mules helping, he gave it his best shot and did it all himself.”

The message is two-fold. Number one, you probably can do a great deal more than you realize you can and, number two, in most cases in our world today there are people who are willing to help if we’ll just ask. Think about it and I’ll SEE YOU AT THE TOP!

I dropped out of the work force when I was a city bus driver in St. Paul, Minnesota. I had never gone on a vacation outside of Minnesota and my income from my JOB put me Just Over Broke every week. I am thankful to say that my small Home business grew to hundreds of millions in sales and helped allot of people live well. You can too! I got my dad started at 68 years old and he earned over 1.5M from 68 to 80 years old.

I recommend the very hot Green Technology movement. Green is here to stay. When I was growing up people threw their fast food wrappers out the window of their car. We dumped our used motor oil in the drain at the curb. We didn’t know you could recycle. The world is changing and the 55+ crowd is perfectly positioned to cash in on this huge market.
