The Urso preparation for Vollara began more than 25 years ago. As a young attorney he got involved in doing contract work for an investor group that was on the front lines when it came to identifying distressed companies, buying them at the right time and turning them into something valuable. They hit some home runs and Joe was sitting there like a sponge.

                                 2 - The NEW Baby Boom
 The US birthrate shot up in 1980 and soon exceeded 4M births per year. These are our New Boomers.These 100 million young people will shape the future of America (and the world) through 2050. Those of us who were born in the forties and fifties will die. But our final 20 or 30 years promise to be pretty good...Assuming we have money!                                                            
                                 3 - Then and Now...
 Today's young people aren't protesting our wars. But mark these words: Twenty years from now we'll have a president who was not an Iraq or Afghanistan veteran. The New Boomers will be strongly against war. They will have learned from our mistakes. Hopefully, they'll be more fiscally responsible and less wasteful. To tell you the truth, I think our last years look pretty good!                                                                                                  
                                   4 - A Booming Economy
 Through 2023, four million new Baby Boomers will turn 18 each year.  50 million are already in the 18 - 31 demographic: they are workers, consumers, movers and shakers, voters, taxpayers and investors. Our lives will be shaped by new thinking, new companies, new inventions and a constantly evolving culture. Do you have a few bucks. I hope so; because this will be a boom era.                                                                                        
                                   5 - Inflation is coming...
The economy has been in the pits for a few years. As the recession fades away, inflation will take over. All experts know this. You'll soon need $80,000 for each $50,000 of income you have today.
